My breathwork sessions with Joyful have become one of my highlights each week. Life, especially during these crazy times, can be stressful and overstimulating. But when I sit down with Joyful, I get to take all the extra hats off and just sit with what I truly need. I feel really safe talking with her about what’s going on in my world at the beginning of our session and she finds a natural way to turn it into a meaningful practice with my breath. I always walk away feeling like I have been truly cared for, held, in a loving space. She gives me her whole attention, no distractions. She has helped me find the beauty I have within, and I feel empowered to take leaps towards my dreams. I now feel like I can take on the stresses of day to day and not let them overwhelm me. This has been such beautiful self care that I look forward to each week. If you have the chance to work with Joyful, do it.

Hello, my name is Pearl moon forest. (I am a rescue cat) I have an extra toe on my front feet that make it look like I’m wearing slippers. My face is delicate and finely made. I can jump and hunt like nobodies business. I have a kind heart and I am fiercely protective of my mama and brother, doggie Remy. So, it might surprise you to find out that I was a little off from time to time. I’d get angry and jump on my mom’s feet if she didn’t feed me. I’d lash out at Remy because he got to go outside and I didn’t. I was overprotective of the hallway of all things. This is where I felt powerful – I could control the hallway! Anyway, this behavior didn’t make my mama or Remy too happy and even scared them sometimes. Mama made an appointment for me with a healer. Her name is Joyful. After a few sessions (don’t worry other felines….they were remote and totally not scary) to address some childhood trauma about food and dogs things shifted for me. I don’t feel the need to lash out or jump in feet anymore. I also don’t bite them or overprotect the hallway. I feel so much better and I know my housemates do too! Thank you Joyful for helping me release old wounds and heal. ❤️pearl
