Breathwork

Breathwork can serve as a powerful bridge toward guiding you to listen, feel, and connect more deeply with what is ready to be seen, honored, and gently released from the nervous system. This session has 50 minutes of active CCB breathing, surrounded by an intention setting beforehand and integration period afterwards.

The intuitive bodywork session can be complimented by a soul reading.  I tune in the day before we meet and work with your guides, soul family, and oversoul to receive what you are calling in at this particular time in your life.  We will share that at the top of our bodywork session and you will receive a copy of what insights and wisdom came in for you.
