My breathwork sessions with Joyful have become one of my highlights each week. Life... can be stressful and overstimulating. But when I sit down with Joyful, I get to take all the extra hats off and just with it when I truly need. I feel really safe talking with her about what's going on in my world at the beginning of our session and she finds a natural way to turn it into a meaningful practice with my breath.
